Term: Three lives renewable for ever.

Conditions: Yearly rent of £4 sterling to be paid by two equal half-yearly payments on every first day of November and first day of May.

Memorandum of agreement by Colonel Charles Henry Eyre Coote to permit T. F. Maher to use all the grass on the lands of Borris Little known as the Gaol Fields and field adjoining containing 10 acres statute measure for the grazing of cattle and sheep from the date of execution of the agreement until 31 December 1930 for the sum of £32 10s to be paid in two equal instalments.

Agreement by Eyre Coote to let to William Stenson the house and garden in Coote Street, Mountrath, Queen’s County lately in possession of Fenton Brien (who has been evicted) for the term of 21 years beginning from 1 May 1883 at the yearly rent of £2 5s sterling payable half-yearly on 1 May and 1 November. Stenson to keep the house in good and substantial repair during his term.

Agreement by Eyre Coote to let to Philip Lynch a cottage and garden on south side of Dublin Road, Maryborough adjoining Mr Diamond’s house for 5 years from 1 February 1898 at the yearly rent of £12 payable half-yearly on 1 May and 1 November. Lynch to keep the house and premises in good order and to use it as a private dwelling house only. The tenants of the adjoining house are to retain the right to use the passage at east side of the property.
