About

Special Collections and Archives seeks to acquire, preserve and provide access to unique and distinct materials including rare books, manuscripts, archives and other primary sources, as well as strong collections of supporting published materials. Our resources offer boundless opportunities for discovery and original research and are open to all those interested.

Special Collections houses a range of archival collections of private origin including estate collections, the papers of noted literary and political figures, as well as collections of local interest. The archives are made available for consultation in the Reading Room.
