Agreement by [Ida] Jessop to take in conacre for a turnip and potato crop that part of the lands of Little Borris containing 3 acres and 20 perches for the sum of one shilling. She further agrees to manure the lands with best farmyard manure.

Agreement by Ida Jessop to take in conacre for a corn crop that part of the lands of Little Borris known as the Gaol Field, containing 3 acres and 20 perches Irish measure for the sum of £12. She further agrees to lay down the land in the best manner with grass seed to be supplied by Coote.

Agreement by Anne Kelly of Maryboro [Maryborough], Queen’s County to purchase from Sir Eyre Coote of West Park, Damerham, Salisbury, Hampshire the grazing of that part of the townland of Borris Little in front of Annefield Cottage in Queen’s County containing 1 acre, 2 roods and 24 perches from 1 May 1897 to 1 March 1898 for the sum of £5 to be paid in two equal instalments.

Agreement by Colonel Charles Henry Coote to let to Christopher Dowling the cottage and premises situate on Borris Road, Maryborough late in the occupation of Richard Mahoney from week to week from 31 January 1925 for the weekly rent of 2 shillings and 6 pence payable on Saturday in every week. Dowling to make good any damage to the said premises.

Agreement by Colonel Charles Henry Coote to let to Christopher Keogh the cottage and premises situate on Borris Road, Maryborough late in the occupation of Jeremiah Dunne from week to week from 26 May 1928 for the weekly rent of 3 shillings payable on Saturday in every week. Keogh to make good any damage to the said premises.
