Atkinson that part of the lands of Borris Little known as Portrane situate in the parish of Borris, Queen’s County containing 15 acres, 1 rood and 30 perches statute measure for the term of 21 years beginning from 1 November 1885 at the yearly rent of £45 sterling payable half-yearly on 1 May and 1 November. Atkinson to expend £100 on repairing the dwelling house and out offices and to keep them in good and tenantable order and repair during his tenancy. The reverse bears a surrender of the property dated 8 November 1894.
Ohne TitelMemorandum of agreement by Eyre Coote to let to Michael Delany the dwelling house or cottage and premises situate on the Dublin Road, Maryborough, being the eastern half of the premises of which he is now caretaker from week to week from 30 April 1898 for the weekly rent of 4 shillings to be paid on Saturday in every week. Also an agreement for contract by Martin Rourke to execute works at Michael Delany’s houses in Dublin Road in consideration of the sum of £48 15s. He is to supply all materials and to complete the whole in good and workmanlike manner within two months from the date of the contract under a penalty of £1 per week.
