Memorandum of agreement by Mrs E. G. Agreement by Eyre Coote to let to John H. Atkinson that part of the lands of Borris Little known as Portrane situate in the parish of Borris, Queen’s County containing 15 acres, 1 rood and 30 perches statute measure for the term of 21 years beginning from 1 November 1885 at the yearly rent of £45 sterling payable half-yearly on 1 May and 1 November. Atkinson to expend £100 on repairing the dwelling house and out offices and to keep them in good and tenantable order and repair during his tenancy. The reverse bears a surrender of the property dated 8 November 1894.

Memorandum of agreement by Eyre Coote to let to Michael Delany the dwelling house or cottage and premises situate on the Dublin Road, Maryborough, being the eastern half of the premises of which he is now caretaker from week to week from 30 April 1898 for the weekly rent of 4 shillings to be paid on Saturday in every week. Also an agreement for contract by Martin Rourke to execute works at Michael Delany’s houses in Dublin Road in consideration of the sum of £48 15s. He is to supply all materials and to complete the whole in good and workmanlike manner within two months from the date of the contract under a penalty of £1 per week.

Agreement by Sir Eyre Coote to let to John Hipwell the premises comprising the stores and yard situated at Tower Hill, Maryborough as tenant from year to year at the yearly rent of £15 payable half-yearly on 1 May and 1 November. He further agrees to keep the premises in good order and to insure the stores and buildings for £400.

Memorandum of agreement between David Baldwin Jacob of Portleix [Portlaoise], Maryborough and George Vanston of Northville, Maryborough. Jacob agrees to let to Vanston the small field bounded on the east by the field now in George Vanston’s occupation, on the south by the Cottage yards, on the west by the old cemetery and the Ridge Road and on the north by Mr Odlum’s building lot from year to year from 1 November 1906 at the yearly rent of £2 10s payable half-yearly on 1 May and 1 November.

Agreement by Sir Eyre Coote to let to William Deegan the cottage and premises known as Cottage situate on Dublin Road, Maryborough late in the occupation of Edward Mackintosh from week to week from 11 March 1911 for the weekly rent of 4 shillings payable on Saturday in every week. Deegan to make good any damage to the said premises.

Agreement by Sir Eyre Coote to let to Christopher Dowling the garden adjoining and running parallel to the Borris Road late occupied and used by Richard Mahoney from week to week from 31 January 1925 at 6 pence per week payable on Saturday in every week. Dowling to make good any damage to the said garden and wall enclosing same.
