Andrews, Mayor of Massapequa Park, Long Island, New York, expressing thanks for the hospitality received on his recent visit to Limerick and enclosing the 1961 Annual Report of the Incorporated Village of Massapequa Park, and a certificate of honorary citizenship to Massapequa Park awarded to Condell on 9 September 1963.

Letter from [Sir James] Harman, Lord Mayor of London, The Mansion House, London E.C.4., expressing pleasure at Condell’s acceptance of his invitation to lunch on 25 June 1964.

Letter from Thomas J. Cranitch, Press Officer, Aer Lingus Publicity Department, 58 Upper O’Connell Street, Dublin 1, seeking Condell’s photograph and biography for press use by their New York office. Also a copy of same.

Letter from A. D. C. Byrne, Guinness Group Sales (Ireland) Ltd., St. James’s Gate, Dublin 8, stating that the President of the Guinness-Harp Corporation in New York would be pleased to meet Condell during her visit and assist with TV and radio appearances. Also Condell’s copy reply dated 21 February 1966.

Correspondence with dress designer Clodagh O’Kennedy, 21 South Anne Street, Dublin 2, relating to an offer by Clodagh to supply Condell with garments for her trip, which Condell has accepted. The letters deal in the main with arrangements for the delivery of the clothes; the success of Condell’s trip; and clothes samples required for an unspecified fashion show and trade fair. Attached to the correspondence are a to do-list, a list of garments required, and an itinerary of Condell’s trip.

Correspondence with A. M. Fergus, St John Bosco Industries, Carraroe, county Galway, relating to an offer to supply Condell with garments for her trip. Also later correspondence relating to samples of clothing, and to an order made for crochet evening blouses for Condell’s trip to the World Health Congress in Germany in 1866.
