Smits, Verbond van Nederlandse Ondernemingen (VNO or Federation of Dutch Enterprises), Postbus 93093, 2509 AB ’S-Gravenhage, Netherlands, relating to a VNO Security Seminar on VIP protection and Herrema’s participation as a speaker. Herrema’s letter dated 30 March 1978 also contains observations on P22/4/5/3/3/1, which had been forwarded to him for his comments.
