Letter from Edward Thomas O’Dwyer, Bishop of Limerick, The Palace, Corbally, Limerick to ‘my dear Dean’, expressing gratitude that the recipient is recovering and advising Mr Lynch ‘to advertise’; and a typescript of a speech made by O’Dwyer on the occasion of the conferring of the Freedom of the city of Limerick on him on 14 September 1916 with handwritten amendments.
