Also specifications of repairs to be done to the interiors and a guarantee from John Deey, Cuddagh, Mountrath and Denis Deey of Gosbrook House, Mountrath that Anne Kelly will carry out the repairs and improvements on said premises as specified in the proposal and in case of her failing to do so they undertake to carry out the repairs at their own expense.

Atkinson to expend £100 on repairing the dwelling house and out offices and to keep them in good and tenantable order and repair during his tenancy. The reverse bears a surrender of the property dated 8 November 1894.
