Kelly to carry out repairs to the property as listed in the agreement at her own expense in the best workmanlike manner before 1 June 1898. Also specifications of repairs to be done to the interiors and a guarantee from John Deey, Cuddagh, Mountrath and Denis Deey of Gosbrook House, Mountrath that Anne Kelly will carry out the repairs and improvements on said premises as specified in the proposal and in case of her failing to do so they undertake to carry out the repairs at their own expense.
