Copy deed of appointment between Samuel Moore the elder and his younger children Louise Moore and Samuel Moore. The document refers to a deed made on 16 June 1809 between Samuel Moore of the first part; Thomas Nesbitt and Cosby Nesbitt his eldest son of the second part; Frances Nesbitt, only daughter of Thomas Nesbitt of the third part; and Thomas Tennison and the Reverend Anthony Adams of the fourth part, in which Moore assigned his entitlement to charge sums of money upon various lands to Tennison and Adams in trust for the younger children from his marriage to Frances Nesbitt. Moore now assigns to his daughter Louisa the sum of £250 as her share of this entitlement and the residue to his younger son Samuel.
