Copy release part of a lease and release dated 3 December 1698 between Abigall Moore otherwise Moyne of Moyne Hall in county Cavan widow of the first part and Edmond Reynell of the city of Dublin esquire and William Nesbitt of Cavan gentleman of the second part of the lands, tenements and premises of Moynehall, Racerrig, Agnaglogh, Lisreagh, Crimlin, Crobanagh, Polatoyle, Beagh, Loughanillan, Lisreagh, Clunaruey, Curraghareen, Pollobrally, Drumalees, Lismacratty, and the mile [?] thereunto belonging with their appurtenances and all the estate and interest in law and equity of the said Abigall Moore situate lying and being in the Barony of Loughtee and county of Cavan for ever. Lands to be held in trust to the use of Abigall Moore during her natural life; then to the use of Samuel Moore her son during his natural life; then to the use of his eldest son Nicholas Moore during his natural life and then to his heirs male; boding and by default of such issue to the use James Moore the younger grandchild of Abigall Moore and his heirs male.
