Morony appoints his son-in-laws Henry Vereker Morony and Michael Henry Molony trustees and makes his wife and his daughters, Eliza Helena Morony and Geraldine Molony, his sole beneficiaries. He appoints his wife, Henry Vereker Morony and Michael Henry Molony his executors. In the codicil he bequeaths £500 to his niece Emily Morony, not to be paid until the death of his wife.
