Copy Letters Patent dated 13 July 1629 between Charles I of England, Scotland, France and Ireland of the first part and Abigal Moygne widow, Roger Moigne esquire and John Greenham gentleman and their heirs and assigns of the second part of that proportion of lands by the late General Survey of all the lands in our County Cavan in our said Kingdom of Ireland called the great proportion of Lisreagh alias Moignehall, and all the towns, villages, hamlets, poles, parcels of lands, tenements and other hereditaments known by the names following [a five-page list of names follows]. Term: for ever. Conditions: annual crown rent of 21 shillings and 4 pence for two poles of Dromalee, and £21.6.8 for Lisreagh and the rest of the premises, payable in two equal half-yearly portions at the feast of St Michael and Easter. The settlement grants part of the lands of Ballinruane otherwise Ballyroan otherwise Heathfield containing 562 acres, 2 roods and 31 perches statute measure situate in the barony of Upper Connello, county Limerick; part of the lands of Ballynarooga Beg (West), otherwise known as Odellville containing 140 acres, 2 roods and 15 perches statute measure and part of the lands of Ballynarooga More (North) containing 49 acres, 1 rood and 32 perches situate in the barony of upper Connelloe, county Limerick; assorted railway stocks with a combined value of £840 and two assurance policies with the combined value of £1,500 in trust to Robert Hunt Lloyd and Helen S. Chenevix and their heirs for the benefit of Edward Locke Lloyd, Helen Mary Matilda Morony and their heirs.

Coy marriage settlement dated 25 September 1800 between Gerard Moore of Drogheda esquire, Mary Moore his wife, and Samuel Moore his eldest son and heir apparent of the first part; Robert Burrowes of Stradone, county Cavan esquire and Jane Burrowes spinster his second daughter of the second part; James Blackwood and James Blacker, both of the city of Dublin esquires of the third part; the Reverend Joseph Story of Bingfield in county Cavan clerk and Thomas Burrowes esquire, only son of the above Robert Burrowes of the fourth part; Samuel Pendleton and Philip Pendleton, both of the city of Dublin esquires of the fifth part; and Mary Blackwood of the city of Dublin widow and executrix of Townley Blackwood late of Cloncury in county Cavan esquire of the sixth part. The settlement determines annuities to be paid to Samuel’s widow, children and mother in the event of his death and his right to raise sums of money upon the estate for the provision of his younger children, towards the payment of debts due by him, and towards any other purposes he should think fit.
