Property: That part of the lands of Disartbeagh [Dysartbeagh] now called Coote Street bounded on the east and west by James Walsh’s holding, on the north by the old chapel lane and on the south by the Turnpike road, containing 102 feet in front and 100 feet in the rere.

Term: Three lives renewable for ever.

Conditions: Yearly rent of £4 sterling to be paid by two equal half-yearly payments on every first day of November and first day of May.

Other: Lacking top right hand section of the membrane.

Term: Three lives renewable for ever.

Conditions: Yearly rent of £3 8s 3d sterling to be paid by two equal half-yearly payments on every first day of November and first day of May.
