Agreement by Colonel Charles Henry Coote to let to Michael Glennon the cottage and premises situate on Borris Road, Maryborough late in the occupation of Peter O’Brien from week to week from 7 May 1932 for the weekly rent of 3 shillings sterling payable on Saturday in every week. Glennon to make good any damage to the said premises.

Agreement by Eyre Coote to let to Anne Kelly Annefield Cottage in Maryborough and about 1 acre and 2 roods statute measure of land on which it stands for a term of 21 years from 1 May 1898 at the yearly rent of £18 sterling payable half-yearly on 1 May and 1 November. Kelly to carry out repairs to the property as listed in the agreement at her own expense in the best workmanlike manner before 1 June 1898. Also specifications of repairs to be done to the interiors and a guarantee from John Deey, Cuddagh, Mountrath and Denis Deey of Gosbrook House, Mountrath that Anne Kelly will carry out the repairs and improvements on said premises as specified in the proposal and in case of her failing to do so they undertake to carry out the repairs at their own expense.

Agreement by Eyre Coote to let to Daniel Brophy the cottage and premises situate in Church Street, Maryborough as tenant from week to week from 29 April 1899 for the weekly rent of 1 shilling and 8 pence to be payable on Saturday in every week. Brophy to make good any damage to the sad premises.

Agreement by Eyre Coote to let to Edward Mackintosh the cottage and premises known as Cottage situate on Dublin Road, Maryborough lately occupied by Philip Lynch as tenant from week to week from 10 May 1902 at the weekly rent of 4 shillings payable on Saturday in every week. Mackintosh to make good any damage to the said premises.

Agreement by Eyre Coote to let to John Bunyan the yard with stores and out offices thereon situate on the east side of Church Lane, Maryborough as lately held by Michael Corcoran as tenant from year to year from 1 November 1901 at the yearly rent of £6 payable half-yearly on 1 May and 1 November in every year. Bunyan to keep the premises in good order.

Agreement by Eyre Coote to let to John H. Atkinson that part of the lands of Borris Little known as Portrane situate in the parish of Borris, Queen’s County containing 15 acres, 1 rood and 30 perches statute measure for the term of 21 years beginning from 1 November 1885 at the yearly rent of £45 sterling payable half-yearly on 1 May and 1 November. Atkinson to expend £100 on repairing the dwelling house and out offices and to keep them in good and tenantable order and repair during his tenancy. The reverse bears a surrender of the property dated 8 November 1894.

Agreement by Sir Eyre Coote to let to John Hipwell the premises comprising the stores and yard situated at Tower Hill, Maryborough as tenant from year to year at the yearly rent of £15 payable half-yearly on 1 May and 1 November. He further agrees to keep the premises in good order and to insure the stores and buildings for £400.

Agreement by Eyre Coote to let to Joseph King the semi-detached dwelling house and premises, yard and garden situate on the south side of the Dublin Road, Maryborough, being the western half of the premises lately occupied by Michael Delany as tenant from year to year from 1 November 1898 at the yearly rent of £12 to be paid half-yearly on 1 May and 1 November. King to keep the house and premises in good order and to use it as a private dwelling house only.

Agreement by Eyre Coote to let to Margaret Jane Buckley the yard with the stores and out offices thereon situate on the west side of Chapel Lane, Maryborough and at the rere of her business premises in the Main Street as shown in the adjoining map as a tenant from year to year from 1 November 1898 at the yearly rent of £5 payable half-yearly on 1 May and 1 November. Buckley to keep the premises in good order.

Agreement by Eyre Coote to let to Marian Fitzpatrick the vacant premises in Church Lane, Maryborough lately occupied by Mr Perry at the monthly rent of 5 shillings from 1 November 1902.
