Attached to the summary are photocopies of correspondence between Ralph Sheppard (DUC Secretary), Donegal County Planning Office, T. O’Reilly (County Secretary), D. Mackey (Acting County Secretary), the County Planning Office, An Bord Pleanala, and James P. Sweeney (Solicitor for the appellant, Irish Base Metals Ltd.). The letters relate to objections made by DUC to planning applications 2019/80, 2031/80 and 2085/80 and amendments to be made to conditions set out in the planning permissions granted by Donegal County Council. Also attached are copies of the original decisions to grant planning permissions to applications no. 2019/80 and 2085/80, and of applications by the DUC against them.
