This series contains letting agreements between the Coote family and their tenants.
Sin títuloAgreement by Eyre Coote to let to William Stenson the house and garden in Coote Street, Mountrath, Queen’s County lately in possession of Fenton Brien (who has been evicted) for the term of 21 years beginning from 1 May 1883 at the yearly rent of £2 5s sterling payable half-yearly on 1 May and 1 November. Stenson to keep the house in good and substantial repair during his term.
Sin títuloAgreement by Eyre Coote to let to Philip Lynch a cottage and garden on south side of Dublin Road, Maryborough adjoining Mr Diamond’s house for 5 years from 1 February 1898 at the yearly rent of £12 payable half-yearly on 1 May and 1 November. Lynch to keep the house and premises in good order and to use it as a private dwelling house only. The tenants of the adjoining house are to retain the right to use the passage at east side of the property.
Sin títuloAgreement by Eyre Coote to let to Michael Delany the semi-detached dwelling house and premises, yard and garden situate on the south side of the Dublin Road, Maryborough, being the western half of the premises lately in his occupation from year to year from 1 May 1898 at the yearly rent of £12 to be paid half-yearly on 1 May and 1 November. Delany to keep the house and premises in good order and to use it as a private dwelling house only.

King to keep the house and premises in good order and to use it as a private dwelling house only.

Corcoran to keep the premises in good order.
Sin títuloAgreement by Eyre Coote to let to Edward Mackintosh the cottage and premises known as Cottage situate on Dublin Road, Maryborough lately occupied by Philip Lynch as tenant from week to week from 10 May 1902 at the weekly rent of 4 shillings payable on Saturday in every week. Mackintosh to make good any damage to the said premises.
Sin títuloAgreement by Sir Eyre Coote to let to Joseph Coleman the cottage and premises situate on Borris Road, Maryborough late in the occupation of Christopher Dowling from week to week from 31 January 1925 for the weekly rent of 3 shillings payable on Saturday in every week. Coleman to make good any damage to the said premises. Note added at the end that Coleman ‘refused to take after signing agreement – see new agreement with Dave Dunne’.
Sin títuloAgreement by Colonel Charles Henry Coote to let to Christopher Dowling the cottage and premises situate on Borris Road, Maryborough late in the occupation of Richard Mahoney from week to week from 31 January 1925 for the weekly rent of 2 shillings and 6 pence payable on Saturday in every week. Dowling to make good any damage to the said premises.
